Scope:

Are you spending endless hours and dollars marketing your brand as a business opportunity - how is it going for you?


Are you successfully finding, selection, welcoming and empowering new franchisees into your brand?


Do you have a structure to support your growth goals?


This session will focus on the following outcomes:

  • Packaging the business offer and the brand's capability statement
  • Resourcing your growth plans - who is accountable as the relationship builder vs. administrative function, in house vs. outsource
  • Setting the network development plan and identifying the hot spots and focus on the results
  • Setting the advertising budget, lead numbers target and conversion rate target
  • Assessing the advertising budget spend - vertical approach, online vs traditional, advertising vs. editorial
  • Sorting out the potential talent vs those not ready for the franchise business opportunity
  • Conducting meets and greets - when, why, how and information sharing
  • Reviewing the online application process vs. face to face
  • Profiling prospective franchisees
  • Keeping records - managing the process from phone call and online enquiry to the legal requirements

Half Day (8:30am - 12:30pm or 1pm - 5pm)

Course Facilitator - Corina Vucic

Corina has been involved in the franchise industry for more than 16 years and is the Director of FC Business Solutions. She was named the 2012 Franchise Council of Australia (FCA) Woman in Franchising (Vic/Tas) and lead FC Business Solutions to being awarded the 2012/2013 FCA Supplier of the Year. Corina is a Committee member of the FCA Victorian Chapter and assists the Women in Franchising committee as required. She is a highly experienced mentor, trainer and business coach and believes in influencing success through motivation and engagement by providing leadership, support and guidance at all levels. Corina has a Bachelor of Arts and Commerce, a Masters in Human Resources and a Certificate IV in Workplace Training.
