Foundation Field Manager Bootcamp

Equipping field managers to make a difference

Field managers have a tough job, often on the road working alone, striving to protect your brand and make a real difference to franchisee performance. To succeed they need a unique combination of courage, emotional intelligence and business savvy.

The Franchise Relationships Institute Field Manager Bootcamps equip field managers with the skills, strategies and understanding to deliver genuine value to franchisees and a strong ROI to the franchise network.

It is also one of the first programs in Australia to receive the Certified Franchise Executive accreditation by the Franchise Council of Australia and the Institute of Certified Franchise Executives.

Participants will receive CFE Education Credits for completing the Foundation program.
