Please note that prices are inclusive of GST unless otherwise stated.

Events programs

Franchise Council of Australia reserves the right to change the program at any time. Every effort will be made to ensure a program of equivalent standard.

Cancellation policy

All cancellations and amendments must be made in writing to the FCA or nominated ticket service provider. Cancellations by telephone will not be accepted. Cancellations received two weeks or more prior to the event will receive a full refund (less an administration fee of $75 AUD). Cancellations received one week prior to the event will receive a 50% refund. If a cancellation is received within 7 days of the event, no refund will be issued but ticket will be deemed transferable within the organisation.

Special Dietary / Physical Requirements

Special dietary and physical requirements will not be catered for unless requested before the event registration closing date. Please contact the events team with your specifications.
