Please note that prices are inclusive of GST.


Events programs

Franchise Council of Australia reserves the right to change the program at any time. Every effort will be made to ensure a program of equivalent standard.


Cancellation policy

Cancellations must be received in writing (email/fax) 72 hours prior to the event for refunds to be processed in full. If a cancellation is received within 72 hours of the event, no refund will be issued, and they are not transferable. Consideration is given to all requests for a refund. If an event is cancelled by the FCA, a full refund will be issued.


Privacy policy

FCA collects and stores your personal information for the purposes of providing membership services, education and training programs, and improving and promoting products and services, and membership status in various ways. Click here to read full Privacy Policy.


Special Dietary / Physical Requirements

Special dietary and physical requirements will not be catered for unless requested before the event registration closing date. Please contact the events team with your specifications.
