Franchisee Induction Training – “The COVID Way”

Historically induction and training at Hire A Hubby has been conducted over 2 weeks full-time in a classroom at the Hire A Hubby head office. When state borders closed in March due to COVID-19, Hire A Hubby needed to rapidly adapt how new franchises were inducted and trained.

The journey to move induction and training fully online has been enlightening and has provided a range of unexpected benefits including:

• Substantially lower cost
• Greater flexibility for both the trainer and new franchisees
• Improved learning outcomes for new franchisees
• The liberation of key head office resources to work on other priorities
