VIC/TAS Coffee Catch-Up: Adding Value from Field Operations. Driving Operational Best Practice and Sales

Adding Value from Field Operations. Driving Operational Best Practice and Sales

Join us for an informal gathering, catch up and mingle with other franchise industry participants and talk about issues that are on your mind.

This month's Coffee Catch-Up will be lead by Michael Ermer, National Operations Manager of Boost Juice.

Michael Ermer, National Operations Manager, Boost Juice

Michael joined Boost Juice as National Franchise Operations Manager of Boost Juice in 2010 and has been instrumental in the growth and development of the brand since then. During his time with Retail Zoo he has also had the opportunity to work across two of their other brands Cibo and Salsas. Prior to Boost Juice, Michael worked in retail operations including time with Coles and Bakers Delight, where at the latter he was responsible for more than 200 bakeries. During this time he also fitted-in two years as a franchisee with a children's party franchise. With experience on both sides of the franchising fence Michael is passionate about seeing franchisees succeed and become brand ambassadors.
