NSW Women in Franchise High Tea Sydney - Friday 3rd May

In a world that is rapidly facing change, you need to adapt and continue to grow. Franchising is changing and with that change comes an opportunity for people to contribute meaningfully to that change and grow their personal attributes.

Come along to hear a number of highly regarded speakers talk about the challenges we face and how to overcome them, as well as the steps that you can put into place for a better and more confident you.

Our keynote speaker Rachel Service will be discussing the making of Happiness Concierge.

Entrepreneur Rachel Service created a global training company after having an 'aha' moment in NYC. Battling anxiety, depression and burnout, Rachel used this inspiration to create a business which now has trainers across Australia working with major organisations including The Reserve Bank of Australia, The University of Sydney, Möet & Chandon and Science and Technology Australia. Rachel will share her challenges and how she applied her knowledge of creating brands for leading CEO's to a scalable venture. Join us in this inspiring talk on building and maintaining a quality brand as Rachel then shares Happiness Concierge frameworks to help you activate your networks to be prepared for any future opportunity.

Kate Steenkamp

Kate is an experienced transformation leader who is passionate about working with businesses and their teams to deliver lasting change in a way that builds ownership and true "buy-in".

92% of all transformations fail!  So why do businesses and leaders struggle so much?

The challenge lies in the complexity of change as it happens at multiple levels (individual, team, business) and so how you set-up for change, how you ensure clarity and focus and how leaders remain authentic throughout the process are some of the base ingredients.

My experience over 20 years across multiple industries and continents has identified that there are a range of basics that if you get right will ensure that the change required has more than an evens chance of delivering a better outcome.
