92% of all transformations fail! So why do businesses and leaders struggle so much?
The challenge lies in the complexity of change as it happens at multiple levels (individual, team, business) and so how you set-up for change, how you ensure clarity and focus and how leaders remain authentic throughout the process are some of the base ingredients.
My experience over 20 years across multiple industries and continents has identified that there are a range of basics that if you get right will ensure that the change required has more than an evens chance of delivering a better outcome.
