WA Coffee Catch-Up: e-Learning 2/10/2018

e-Learning

Join us for an informal gathering, catch up and mingle with other franchise industry participants and talk about issues that are on your mind.

This month Ward Scarff, Business Development Alliance, will lead the group. The topic of discussion will be "eLearning (online learning)".

We connect digitally with our customers and similarly we can use technology to help train franchisees' staff. With a distributed workforce, often young and expecting knowledge to be conveyed by mobile devices, eLearning is particularly well suited to our sector.

Attend this session to understand;

  • what young workers expect in knowledge acquisition
  • that eLearning doesn't completely replace on the job training
  • how to achieve consistent delivery of training, irrespective of location

Free for members - guests can buy own coffee at cafe prices
