SA RU OK? Fundraiser 13/9/2018

The SA Chapter committee invite you to brunch, followed by a 20-minute guided meditation plus 15 minute 'Simple & Effective Strategies for Good Mental Health' presentation by retired Australia Triathlete, Alex Laws.

Alex was mentored by the infamous Paul Check (original creator of primal movement training) in the United States.  After retirement from triathlon Alex worked in the U.S with many elite athletes.

R U OK? Day is a national day of action in September (held on the second Thursday - in 2018, Thursday 13 September) dedicated to reminding people to ask family, friends and colleagues the question, "R U OK?", in a meaningful way, because connecting regularly and meaningfully is one thing everyone can do to make a difference to anyone who might be struggling.

In support of RU OK?, $5 from every ticket purchased will go towards RU OK? to help friends, family, colleagues and neighbours feel more connected and protected from suicide.
