Jan is a well known franchising all-rounder with over 30 years of practical experience in sales, marketing, training and small business management, underpinned by a strong theoretical framework gained through completing a Master of Management, Graduate Diploma in Training and Development, Diploma of Franchising and Diploma of Marketing. Jan recently embarked on a PhD to research what makes training successful in the franchising sector.
Jan spent over 12 years in senior management roles in the franchising sector where she designed and executed integrated marketing control systems and developed comprehensive learning and development programs incorporating interactive eLearning.

Deborah has worked in the marketing field for over 20 years, she started her own marketing agency in New Zealand working with a diverse range of businesses to improve brand and marketing strategy. Deborah also volunteered her time to mentoring companies in need of marketing advice and support and formed part of an expert judging panel for a nation wideschool's programme 'Youth Shark Tan' focused on encouraging business start-up ideas for young entrepreneurs.
Deborah has worked at Worldwide since 2012 focusing her attention on improving marketing efficiencies, communication and overall marketing support for the Franchise group.

Simone is referred to as a connector, engager and idea-ologist, having built solid networks across Queensland and Australia, working with some great companies and great people across a variety of sectors including state government, fundraising, theatre, iconic festivals and media. With a culmination of 15+ years experience in strategic marketing, partnership strategy development, digital communication and sponsorship management, Simone has a vast array of industries tucked into her pocket.
During her career Simone has developed and launched multi-million dollar campaigns and businesses, sought & managed in excess of 300 sponsorships and integrated strategic partnerships. She uses social and behavioural intelligence to craft transformative directions for corporate organisations, helping them to meet the expectation of their audience.
