This session has been developed to ensure you have a clear understanding of your obligations on several critical pieces of legislation and regulation in relation to equal opportunity, discrimination, harassment and bullying. 

Providing practical advice and case studies, this session will clarify the roles and responsibilities employers and employees have in these areas and help you implement best practice in your business.
