About this course:

Are you leading the annual business plan process in your business? Do you wonder how you can further empower your franchisees to set their goals, document and bring it all to life? These are important questions to ask to ensure that you are on track to achieve your goals. 

This course will provide you with the opportunity to assess how their business plan is tracking and what changes may be required. 

Guided by our expert facilitator, the session will provide you with practical strategies to refresh and reinvigorate your business plan.  

Curriculum:

Successfully leading a business plan process within the business

Setting the foundations of the business plan process and how to bring your team on the journey

Producing the final business plan document

Setting the framework to monitor the performance of the business plan for the next 12 months

Tools:

You will be provided with access to take-home tools such as checklists, case studies, work sheets and templates for future use.
