Christopher returned to McGrath Limited in June 2017 as Head of Franchise Network, bringing with him extensive knowledge and experience in the real estate industry spanning 30 years.

Formerly Head of Real Estate for LJ Hooker, Christopher was responsible for over 500 offices nationally.

Prior to that he spent more than seven years at McGrath in various senior roles with both the franchise and company owned sales divisions, as well as being an accomplished auctioneer.

Christopher is a Director of the Real Estate Institute of Australia.

Simon Sproule, Global Marketing Manager, Fastway Couriers

Simon is a globally experienced marketing professional specialising in delivering results in franchise and retail markets.

Currently responsible for Fastway Marketing and Parcel Connect with Marketing experience in Yum Restaurants, Freedom Furniture and Lion Nathan, and spanning markets in Australia, New Zealand, UK and Japan.

Avril-Summer Cusack, Head of Marketing, Soul Origin

Avril has held a variety of marketing roles in a career spanning 20 years with major brands like DHL Worldwide Express, Civic Video, Muffin Break and Healthy Life Group.

In her previous role with The Cheesecake Shop, Avril worked closely with the Ehrenberg-Bass Institute for Marketing Science to implement a major shift in their marketing strategy.

Today, Avril is Head of Marketing for Soul Origin, an award-winning franchise brand and one of the fastest growing quick service restaurants in Australia.
