About the Facilitator: Leisa Rennie, HR Specialist, HR Central

Leisa joined HR Central in April 2016, after the acquisition of Melbourne based HR Consultancy, People Dynamics.  Her experience, combined with her practical and analytical nature has contributed greatly to the team of HR Specialists, and Leisa is a valued and respected advisor to the increasing HR Central client base.

Originally from Auckland, New Zealand, Leisa made the move to Australia in 2012, making Melbourne her home.  Leisa holds a Bachelor of Communication Studies majoring in Creative Industries from AUT University in Auckland, New Zealand.

Since moving to Melbourne, she has also completed her Graduate Certificate in HR at Swinburne University in January 2014.  Leisa is also accredited in two psychometric profiling tools, the McQuaig and Saville Wave.  Psychometric Assessments are an exceptional tool in the Recruitment process and make a real impact on the talent and success quotient of any business.
