Territory Planning  - Using Data to Make Better Business Decisions and Avoid Legal Claims

This informative Roundtable will focus on:

  • Understanding what data is available to establish territories.
  • How do we make territories of similar potential?
  • Territories: To be or not to be? Should we have them for bricks and mortar operations?
  • Territories: Why are they essential for a service business?

The session will be co-facilitated by hosted by Peter Buckingham, Managing Director, Spectrum Analysis and Sean O'Donnell, Partner, HWL Ebsworth Lawers & NSW/ACT Chapter President, Franchise Council of Australia.

About the Facilitators:

Peter Buckingham, Managing Director, Spectrum Analysis

Peter has been the Managing Director of Spectrum Analysis since 1999. He is a Certified Franchise Executive with the FCA, a Certified Management Consultant and a Fellow and past Director with the Institute of Management Consultants.

Spectrum specialises in territory planning projects including work for two major banks, three major mortgage broking chains, and a multitude of other clients, bot large and small (including many start ups).

Sean O'Donnell, Partner, HWL Ebsworth Lawers & NSW-ACT Chapter President, Franchise Council of Australia

Sean has been actively involved with the FCA and franchising for more than a decade. He has a prominent profile in the sector and is a long standing member of the NSW/ACT Chapter of the FCA.

Professionally, Sean is a partner of HWL Ebsworth Lawyers. Sean is a leading franchise and dispute resolution lawyer with many years experience resolving disputes and litigation throughout Australia. He is a well known litigator and is the preferred dispute lawyer for many national franchisors when a serious issue arises. Sean also acts for master-franchisees and franchisees and has assisted many franchisees, sometimes on a pro bono basis, to provide advice and help resolve franchise disputes.
