Territory Planning: Using data in your site selection and territory planning decisions

This informative forum will focus on:

  • Looking at what you should do in your site selection process
  • Understanding what data is available to evaluate sites and establish territories.
  • Sources of data you can access
  • Thinking about what level of analysis you could undertake, depending on your size and budgets
  • Territories: When should we have territories and when are they more of a problem?

The session will be facilitated by Peter Buckingham, Managing Director, Spectrum Analysis Australia. Peter has been the Managing Director of Spectrum Analysis since 1999. He is a Certified Franchise Executive with the FCA, a Certified Management Consultant and a Fellow and past Director with the Institute of Management Consultants.
