As a visionary, innovator and leader in the franchising industry, Darren is continuously building his business portfolio. Darren's demonstrated success in franchising, corporate strategy and leadership has seen him build a long list of accolades. He was finalist for the CEO Magazine's Construction Executive of the Year in 2012 and 2014 and listed in CPA's 40 Under 40 Young Business Leaders in 2012. G.J. Olivia Elsley, Global Business Development Manager, Retail Zoo
Olivia is a dynamic executive who manages both the international division of Boost Juice, one of Australia's most successful global retail exports, and is responsible for Retail Zoo's Franchise and Business Development divisions. Her diverse background of contracts, commercial, administration, marketing, operations, franchising and CRM has led to Olivia being responsible for the growth of 95% of all Boost businesses operating outside of Australia.
During Olivia's seven year tenure with Retail Zoo she has built a career devoted to building businesses and fully understanding what makes them profitable. More recently, Olivia has been integral in the constructing and development of multi-unit businesses, diversifying our footprint and the development of new entry strategies for Retail Zoo in both Australia and overseas markets.
Boost Juice International won the Excellence in International Franchising Award at the 2015 MYOB FCA Excellence in Franchising Awards.
Ben Styles, Managing Director, X-Golf Australasia
Ben is the founding CEO of X-Golf Australasia. X-Golf is a state of the art golf simulation system currently disrupting the traditional golfing landscape in Australia. Ben manages distribution and the domestic franchise set up under a master license agreement as well as international expansion, initially into NZ, the USA and the Middle East.
Prior to launching X-Golf Australasia, Ben was a professional golfer playing on the Australian and Asian PGA tours, at the same time Ben was helping with the analysis and development of golf balls for Bridgestone golf. He got his first franchising experience when working in the House of Golf Malvern before owning it from 2011-14.
