My worst franchise recruitment mistakes,
and what I learned from them

Recruiting quality franchisees is the single biggest challenge faced by franchisors.

In this breakfast seminar, experienced franchise recruitment managers from three major brands - Lenards, Shingle Inn and Subway will share insights into their greatest recruitment mistakes, and what they learned from them.

Bring your senior leadership team to this breakfast seminar to hear these speakers discuss their recruitment successes and failures, how this has impacted their recruitment processes, interviewing strategies, applicant vetting and initial advertising.
