Franchise Recruitment is a critical franchisor function.
This Franchise Recruitment Forum is intended to bring together franchise recruitment professionals to discuss in an open and like-minded environment the different strategies being employed to find the right franchisees and even more importantly, to find them for the locations you need them.
Franchise Recruitment has changed dramatically in the past 10 years, and as franchisors, we need to also evolve to meet the new market in which we operate, which also opens up many new ways of recruiting and finding that star franchisee.
