WA Breakfast 18/08/2015

On the Couch with Franchisors

This is a rare opportunity to hear from two east coast based Franchisors and meet the FCA Board including our speakers, FCA Chairman Warren Wilmot and FCA Director Ralph Edwards.

Hear CEO of 7-Eleven and Starbucks, Warren Wilmot, talk about how he deals with the challenges of operating two distinct brands that have some cross over - 7-Eleven's biggest seller is coffee.  What are the challenges of re-launching a brand in a market that you pulled out of only a few years previously?

Ralph Edwards knows a lot about retail sales having successfully owned, managed and grown a variety of retail businesses over the past 30 years.  He also knows a lot about selling a business, having sold his Bright Eyes business to Oakley in 2007, before buying it back in 2013.  He is also a Director of Lease1, Australia's leading Retail Shop Lease specialist, providing a unique tenant-only representation service to ensure retailers achieve the best commercial outcomes on their leases.
Don't miss this great opportunity to both hear from these speakers and mix with your peers.
