As business owners we know that employee engagement can turn into great customer service, which can equal even greater profits.  There is, however, so much more to engagement than simply hiring people that are willing to drive your organisational goals.

The session will cover:

  • Simple steps to integrate balance to your culture

This round-table will discuss the background and current trends in creating a balanced culture and how business leaders are achieving growth and removing market barriers by embracing individuality.

Christine is an HR expert known for her ability to identify and unpack the intricacies of workplace relations to lead business forward. Drawing on 15 years of corporate and private sector experience, Christine focuses on strategies for positive and lasting change strengthening leadership skills, improving business employee engagement and enhancing your ability to attract and retain high quality talent into your workforce. Using her passion, energy and warmth, Christine has shared her expertise with many corporates, start-ups, small and medium sized business and industry groups.
