NSW Economic Lunch 26/08/2015

2015 New South Wales Economic Update Lunch

What does the current economic forecast mean for your business?

The FCA invites you to attend our NSW Economic Forecast lunch.

Our special guest speaker will be Bank of Melbourne Economist, Hans Kunnen, who will share his outlook on the economy and what small business owners can expect in the coming year. Hans received rave reviews from our Victorian members who heard him speak earlier this year.

Hans Kunnen brings with him more than 30 years' experience as an economist, including as Head of Economic and Market Research at Colonial First State for over 10 years. Hans was also a director of Colonial First State from 1992 to 1997, while working as Chief Economist at State Bank of NSW.

Since 2010, Hans has worked in various roles for Zurich Investments and the St George Bank, which includes Bank of Melbourne.

Hans has an honours degree in economics from the University of Western Australia, a Masters degree in economics from the University of New England and spent time teaching economics at Macquarie University in Sydney.

Hans has served on a number of government and industry advisory bodies and in 2010 published his first book entitled Borrow and Build.
