NSW Roundtable 23/06/2015

Using data to improve your decision making

Make well-informed, evidence-based and timely decisions in all areas of your business with reliable data and good quality analysis.

Join Shift8 and Andrew Benefield from Mrs. Fields for an informative discussion on how to collect, structure and analyse data in a franchise environment.

Questions covered include:

  • What are the best sources of business data?
  • How can you evaluate the quality of data?
  • What are the analytical approaches taken?
  • What are the business tools available?

Andrew has over 21 years of success in franchising, having worked on developing franchise models in industry leaders such as KFC, Pizza Hut and Caltex.  He is now the "King of Cookies" leading the amalgamation of the Mrs. Fields and Cookie Man brands in the Australian Market. Apart from being a franchisor he has also spent time as a business mentor and coach, winning the coveted "best client results" as a franchisee with Action Coach in 2007. He knows how to get results across a wide range of businesses.

Shift8 is a leader in cutting edge point of sale and business management systems designed for franchisors and corporate retail chains, providing complete software systems for clients to focus on sales and analytics.
