Matt Needham is currently the IT Manager for Aktiv Brands, a leading Australian retail food franchise group including brands such as Bucking Bull, Skewerz Kebabz and Primal Pantry. Matt's role as IT Manager is diverse, encompassing web development, digital strategies, data management, POS management and operational troubleshooting for all of Aktiv Brands' 51 stores. An integral part of the Aktiv Brands team, Matt's role is extremely cross-functional, working alongside the Marketing and Operations departments to ensure synchronicity in all project planning and execution.

Shift8 is a leader in cutting edge point of sale and business management systems designed for franchisors and corporate retail chains, providing complete software systems for clients to focus on sales and analytics.
