Using data to improve your decision making

Make well-informed, evidence-based and timely decisions in all areas of your business with reliable data and good quality analysis.

Join Shift8 and Steve Plarre from Ferguson Plarre Bakehouses for an informative discussion on how to collect, structure and analyse data in a franchise environment.

Questions covered include:

  • What are the best sources of business data?
  • How can you evaluate the quality of data?
  • What are the analytical approaches taken?
  • What are the business tools available?

Steve Plarre, CEO Plarre Foods
