His management style is lead by example and is one that is inclusive, loves to coach to get the best out his team, ("without a good people in your team you do not have a good business", this is the same for franchisees.)

Danny's belief is the engagement and empowerment of his staff and franchisees also professional development for his team and ongoing training for his franchisees, this has led to a sound business with great foundations to grow and become a leader in its field.

Danny is passionate about franchising as a business model. Franchising has allowed scalability for his business to grow and the flexibility with many partners within the organisation with one common goal which is it to grow.

Apart from being a franchisor he has also spent time as a business mentor and coach, winning the coveted "best client results"  as a franchisee with Action Coach in 2007.   He knows how to get results across a wide range of businesses.

As an active motorsport competitor he knows how easy it is to get carried away by the "red mist" of the moment often resulting in losing time or worse an expensive crash.  "To be successful in any sport you need to have a plan, measure your progress and make adjustments as required, and most importantly drive your own race".  To him business is no different, you need to keep score as you progress.

LookSmart has also been awarded FCA's Franchise Executive of the Year.

Abraham draws on specific examples from his experience as a franchisor and looks for similar qualities in potential franchisees.  This innate understanding of human spirit helps him to understand when people are ready to take the leap into a LookSmart franchise.  Abraham's keen business sense and his operational experience in running several outlets assists him in seeing the potential of future franchisees.

He plans to use his knowledge and expertise to grow LookSmart Alterations, with global expansion and the development of 1000 branches by 2030. Abraham is a dreamer.
