Territory Planning

If you grant a Territory to your Franchisees, is there a logic behind how it has been created? If you had to defend that position to a group of Franchisees (or worse still in a Legal issue), can you explain a process that was undertaken? Was your territory planning done as a "Beer and Pizza" map, and worse still, was the same approach taken in Markets you have even less knowledge of?

"Beer and Pizza" maps

This Round Table is all about you having an understanding of what information is available to make the Territory Planning process logical and simple. At the end of the Round Table you can decide if what you have done (or are about to do) makes sense, and if you feel you need to revisit this process.

Logically constructed territory planning
