How to grow through multi-site operators

Most franchisors have multi-site franchisees, but how well do they do it?  It is used extensively in the US but what is working locally?  Come and hear how you can grow your franchise by leveraging multi-site ownership and how to make it part of your core growth strategy.  We will explore what best practice multi-site franchising is and share ideas on how you can bring it to life in your business.

Facilitator: Peter Baily, Director - Franchising & Acquisitions, Luxottica
Peter has been working in the franchise industry since 1995.  Peter joined Luxottica in 2009 with a clear remit to develop and grow best practice franchises across multiple optical brands, franchise models and countries.  After launching franchising in Australia in the OPSM, Laubman & Pank and Budget Eyewear brands, he has expanded the franchise into New Zealand and more recently is examining franchise opportunities in China.

Before joining Luxottica, Peter’s roles included Chief Operating Office for Gloria Jean’s Coffees International and Managing Director of the Banjo’s Bakehouse franchise. 

Peter commenced his career as a Chartered Accountant, working in Australia and overseas and is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Australia.
