Government funded training has recently undergone ‘the big squeeze’ but there are still opportunities out there to find some $’s if you know where to look and who to ask. 

This informative round table session invites Franchisors and Franchisees to come explore:

  • what funding options may best suit your brand’s training objectives
  • how to ensure your training academy can align to nationally accredited training so funding can be approved and content customised to your brand incorporated
  • how to have your internal training team accredited to deliver nationally accredited training
  • what are the new options for training delivery to ensure maximum participant flexibility and efficiency

Kate has enjoyed a successful and very ‘hands on’ career in the field of general Business Consulting. Since first leaving full-time employment and hanging out her own shingle in 1997, Kate has worked with Franchise organisation in her specialty area of business process documentation and the development of process improvement strategies.  In 2010, Kate expanded her offering to the Franchise Industry by partnering with a long-term associate to setup and receive accreditation as a Registered Training Organisation. Traxion Training has a primary focus to assist Franchise Groups tap into government funded training programs so vital post-induction team up-skilling can be delivered with customised content in whatever delivery method and format will most suit the individual needs of the brand.
