Finding and funding the Franchisees for Growth
The Challenge facing Franchisors
As the Australian economy continues to go through its structural change after unprecedented growth, it is getting more challenging finding quality franchisees to continue the growth of your brand.
On top of this, when you find the right franchisee, access to funding can be an issue. This is the new normal in franchising and it’s a challenge that the industry faces. Given this change, and the more limited number of people looking to buy a business, how do you make your franchise stand out from the various options available to franchise applicants in the market.
Join us in a lively panel discussion, with funding providers and franchisors that are experiencing some success in their franchise recruitment.
Panel members will include:
Cathy Stacey, Master Franchisee, Step Into Life Group Outdoor Personal Training
Tracy Steinwand, Territory Manager, Subway Systems Australia
Maria Robinson, Sales Manager Mobile, Aussie Home Loans
Aisha Ali, Small Business Banking, ANZ
Nunzio Versaci, Business Banking Executive, National Australia Bank
Cathy Stacey has operated the Master Franchise for Step into Life Group Outdoor Personal Training for 10 years. In year one there were 15 franchises and one staff member and today the state group has grown to 64 franchises which makes up a third of the Australian group with five staff members and a dedicated recruitment arm. Step into Life’s mission is to create worldwide fit and healthy communities, one community at a time.
