Every organisation holds a wealth of information about their customers, typically via a CRM database or point of sale data.  By tapping into this information, businesses / franchisors have the ability to create a more personal customer experience which consumers now demand.  This in turn can build brand loyalty, and can ultimately deliver an increased Return on Investment (ROI) from various targeted marketing activities.

  • Discussion on the Pros and Cons of an Omni-Channel Approach for Marketing: In-store vs Online Channels

Come prepared to share your experiences on how your organisation utilises customer data in this interactive forum. 

The forum will be facilitated by Vanessa Wilmot, Director at Geotech Information Services.  Geotech Information Services specialise in the analysis and presentation of customer and market information in order to drive more effective (and profitable) strategies.  This includes using data mining techniques and ‘big data’ solutions to assist organisations understand more about their customers and their spending behaviour.
