VIC Forum 11/02/2014

Field Support - The changing face of field support

The interactive forum will focus on sharing the attendee’s experiences within the field and across the brands in attendance.

1. What’s the field visit look like today? What will it look like in the future?
2. Preparation expectation both the field coach and the franchisee?
3. What tools are being used to document the visit, the discussion and the action plans?
4. Are the franchisees expecting a different level service and support from the field representative?
5. How do you manage the balance between building the relationship and monitoring compliance?
6. As a field representative, what have you implemented to assist franchisees not meeting their own KPIs? The success stories!
