IFA 2014

IFA Convention - New Orleans, Louisiana
22 - 25 February 2014

The 54th Annual International Franchise Association Convention will be held from Saturday 22 - Tuesday 25 February 2014 at the New Orleans Convention Center (some events will also run at the headquarters hotel, the Hilton Riverside & Towers Hotel).

Join the Australian delegation

Each year the Franchise Council of Australia travels as a delegation to the US to join the IFA Convention.  We would love to have you this year as part of the group.

For those of you that have been before, you know that this is a world class franchise event. For those of you attending for the first time, you will not be disappointed.  This year is set to be fantastic, with an exciting line up of speakers each day, including Michael Paul, CEO of Pack & Send and FCA Chairman, Todd Rowe, Google’s Managing Director of Channel Sales and Cheryl Bachelder, CEO of AFC Enterprises Inc.

There is even more on offer in the jam packed IFA program this year, and we have created an itinerary to allow you to attend as many events as possible. FCA staff will be on hand throughout the event should you require assistance.

We have prepared an exciting Australian delegation seminar on Sunday morning to kick off your IFA learning program.  We have both Australian and International speakers addressing the group, and the President of the IFA will personally welcome you and give you some tips on getting the most out of the IFA Convention.

In addition to the IFA conference proper, FCA has negotiated discounted rates for the CFE sessions which will be held on Friday 21st and Saturday 22nd February.  CFE attendees will earn 600 education credits towards their CFE designation. To learn more about the CFE program at IFA click here, to learn more about the Australian CFE click here. Attendance at the convention will earn delegates 500 education credits.

If you would like to attend the IFA as part of the Australian delegation, please compete the registration form (one form for each IFA/CFE registration) no later than 13 January 2014 and return to events@franchise.org.au.

Please note that flights to/from US and accommodation in New Orleans need to be organised by individual delegates. The IFA has secured convention rates at a number of nearby hotels to the New Orleans Convention Center, please note however that the main host hotel is the Hilton Riverside & Towers Hotel click here to book online.
