James Horne, Director, Balance Internet

James is a Director of Balance Internet and has over 16 years’ experience as an Internet Solutions Architect.

After earning his Honours Degree in Engineering, James continued his education to receive his MBA majoring in Marketing and IT from the Melbourne and Copenhagen Business Schools.

Currently, Balance Internet is a Magento power house in Australia delivering complete solutions to retail, franchise and enterprise clients across the country.

Naomi Clark, Community Manager, Sigma Pharmaceuticals

Naomi is the Community Manager at Sigma Pharmaceuticals, managing social media for pharmacy brands Amcal and Guardian. She manages social media engagement on a national level, and also work with 450 Amcal and Guardian pharmacies across Australia to help them use social media to engage with their local communities.

Naomi has spent the past 12 years working in communications, covering PR, media relations, corporate communication, stakeholder relations, internal communications and, for the past 4 of those 12 years, social media.

Engaging with people through social media is something she is passionate about!

When Naomi not at work social media is never far away, you can find her on Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, Google+ and Pinterest, or literally up to her armpits with home renovations.

Sally Scott, Partner, Hall & Wilcox 

Sally is a Partner of the Commercial Dispute Resolution section at Hall & Wilcox. She has over 19 year's experience representing and advising clients in relation to commercial disputes and risk management in a variety of commercial areas including commercial transactions, competition and consumer law, Corporations Act, including directors’ duties, and franchising.
She has undertaken franchising work for clients including Caltex for over 19 years. This has included handling disputes, risk management, training and advising on franchising code issues; termination rights etc.
Sally also has extensive experience advising and representing clients in relation to advertising, marketing, media and social media including advising and representing clients in relation to ACCC action and other disputes concerning media, social media, marketing and related areas; undertaking legal reviews of proposed marketing campaigns and materials; providing compliance training and reviews of procedures and policies.
