QLD Roundtable 29/08/2013

Understanding Prospective Franchisees

This Roundtable will explore the decision-making processes and frames of reference common among potential franchisees when faced with the life-changing decision to invest in a franchise. When confronted by an abundant choice of franchises, how can a potential franchisee distinguish one franchise offer from another, and then research it properly to be satisfied they are making the best possible decision. This Roundtable is best-suited to franchisor recruitment personnel and those with recruitment responsibilities to improve their knowledge and understanding of potential franchisees, and how to improve their recruitment processes accordingly.

Jason has been involved in the franchise sector for more than 20 years at franchisee, franchisor and advisor level. He has previously been a marketing manager, shareholder, director and CEO of two franchise systems, and been awarded for his contribution to the sector by the Franchise Council of Australia.
