Danielle Wise is the National Digital Marketing Manager at Mitsubishi Motors Australia Limited.Danielle holds over 19 years’ experience in the Advertising and Marketing Industry ranging from Radio, TV and working in a full service agency before moving to an advertising role at Mitsubishi Motors in 2000.
During this period, Danielle also undertook numerous undergraduate and postgraduate degrees in Visual Arts, Journalism and Business Law. Danielle is also a Certified Practicing Marketer with the Australian Institute of Marketing.
Danielle’s fascination with emerging digital media drew her to her current digital role in 2008 . Danielle’s knowledge base includes online and social media, search engine marketing, online CRM, promotions and acquisitions, customer user experience, website analytics, customer behaviour and online lead conversion systems.
Danielle’s career has covered both the technical and business aspects of digital marketing meaning that she is able to bridge the gap between the two and make best use of the tools and technology available. Danielle has built multiple successful online brand, retail platforms and social platforms, develops successful online advertising strategies, developed and integrated a successful online dealer lead system and grown the digital advertising budget by 300%.
Sarah Thomas is the Managing Director of The Social PR Co, a specialist communication consultancy advising clients in corporate, State and Federal government and not-for profit on communication strategy, social media, community engagement, brand and reputation management.
Prior to establishing The Social PR Co in 2010, Sarah headed up the Australian arm of digital engagement consultancy, Carve Consulting, advising clients such as The South Australian Government and Wine Australia.
Sarah has nearly 20 years experience in corporate communications, traditional PR, community engagement and reputation management in Australia and the UK across of sectors including travel, lifestyle, food and wine, finance, retail, property, government, health, education, telecommunications, IT, fashion and interiors.
An active member of the online community in South Australia, Sarah hosts a regular podcast covering the latest issues in digital marketing, social media and PR – ‘The Communication Junction Podcast’.
