QLD Roundtable 16/05/2013

Take control of Social Media

After hearing the term ‘the horse has bolted’ from many franchisors when discussing their social media presence Rob is taking up the important topic of how to regain control.

The session will address understanding ‘local social’ and how to support your customers on a local level while protecting your brand. Local social becomes increasingly important with the very recent release of Facebook’s graph search. Take a look at what this new development is and the significant impact it can have on your business as people use this tool to discover new places.

This Roundtable is a must for franchisors setting up their social media presence as well as those needing to regain control.
