QLD Roundtable 14/03/2013

Branding - All for one and one for all

What makes one brand succeed and the next fail?

Consider how to capture the hearts and minds of your customers with a brand that is top-of-mind, instantly recognisable and achieves the ultimate goal of customer loyality.

You are invited to participate in discussions and debates about the importance of a consistant brand focus and its vital role in your company's ongoing success.

This Roundtable will cover branding issues such as

  • Who controls the message?
  • How can franchisees and franchisors work together better to be on-brand
  • What's the key to a strong future-focused brand
  • How to make the concept of brand more tangible
