Franchising Code of Conduct compliance

Compliance with the Franchising Code of Conduct is a critical issue for all franchisors.  This round table session will help ensure you are up to speed with best practice in terms of Franchising Code of Conduct compliance. The session will cover the fundamentals of the Franchising Code of Conduct and provide practical tips:

  • to optimise efficiency and minimise risk in franchisee recruitment, franchise grants, renewals and transfers
  • on processes for dealing with end of term arrangements; and

Marshall Bromwich and Christopher Mittiga of Norton Rose will lead the discussion and use real life examples and case studies to ensure all attendees are aware of their compliance obligations and strategies to minimise risk.
