VIC Roundtable 19/03/2013

The Gold Mine Laying Within Your Own Customer Data

Every organisation collects some information about their customers, however most do not take advantage of the value locked within.

During this Roundtable you will learn about the importance of customer data (CRM and point of sale data), and how it can be used to create a more personal customer experience.  This in turn builds loyalty, and ultimately delivers a higher ROI from various marketing activities.

This Roundtable will cover:

  • How to use customer data to your strategic advantage.
  • How to identify who your highest value customers are, and gain insight into what they look like and their spending patterns.
  • How to influence customer behaviour and spend by executing more relevant customer communications.
  • How to increase the customers’ experience to build brand loyalty, and target customers that are more likely to increase ROI.
  • The pros and cons of an omni-channel marketing approach: in-store vs. online channels.
  • Discussion and questions.

Come prepared to share your experiences and participate in this interactive Roundtable session, and to hear how others are utilising customer data to enhance the customers’ experience, and ultimately increase their ROI.

Light refreshments will be provided.
