Leading and inspiring your team into the future
Proudly brought to you by the Women In Franchising committee.
Being a great leader means having clear vision, a passion for the success of your business, the ability to listen, and being able to inspire your team to contribute to your company's future triumphs. While these attributes may be simple to detail on paper, putting them into practice is often a lot more difficult.
We have arranged for three inspiring leaders to speak at one of the last breakfasts of the year.
Hear Carolyn Crewell, founder, Carman's speak on what makes her an inspirational leader and hear her journey to becoming the 2012 Victorian Telstra Business Woman of the year.
Greg Nathan, international expert on the "people issues" in franchising will shed light on the psychology of an effective leader and how to lead your team.
And finally, Emma Nicole, Red Balloon Corporate Account Director will discuss the leaders who are successfully encouraging and inspiring their teams.
Carolyn Creswell - Founder, Carman's
Carman’s founder Carolyn Creswell is an inspirational leader whose success proves that you can run a multinational business and still have a genuine work-life balance.
Carolyn has managed to grow Carman’s to become the number one selling muesli brand on Australian supermarket shelves, while at the same time maintaining a great relationship with her husband and raising four kids under eight!
Carolyn has always been focused on producing quality products using whole foods. From humble beginnings, seeing her park her Daewoo alongside semi-trailers in supermarket loading docks, Carolyn’s determination has seen Carman’s build a strong following in 36 countries around the world. Read more
