VIC Roundtable 25/09/12

Branding - All for one and one for all

The brand is what consumers recognise and what helps a product/service be distinguished from its competitors. In franchising with so many different stakeholders involved it is extremely important that every piece of marketing material used locally and nationally communicate the core brand values to ensure brand consistency is delivered.

Franchise chains have the potential of being the strongest players in the market place with franchisees providing wonderful insights on their local market and franchisors having the resources to scope how the product and brand are performing nationally.

The round table will cover:

  • The importance of building a strong brand (internally, locally & globally)
  • Who are your brand ambassadors
  • Identifying the needs of all stakeholders
  • Managing consistency

This round table will provide you with a range of ideas on how to better your marketing activities and ensure you are working with all related stakeholders to ensure brand consistency is being delivered across the board. It will be an interactive and valuable round table session where everyone is welcome to share their experiences and ideas on how to best drive brand consistency.
