Effectiveness in The Field

Designed for those responsible for improving the performance of franchisees in the field, this practical and hands-on Roundtable will give participants insights and an understanding of what it takes to build successful, long-term, profitable partnerships with franchisees.
A capable field manager, following a proven structure will build great relationships, drive performance and deliver mutually beneficial outcomes for the franchisee and franchisor.

By the end of this Roundtable, participants will be able to;

• list the six step process to effective field visits
• demonstrate the art of giving constructive feedback
• identify the four key strategies to field manager effectiveness

Facilitator Rob Camm of Franchise Relationships, has enjoyed the challenges of franchising from the various perspectives of franchisor, franchisee and field manager - giving him well-rounded insight and experience of what it takes to be effective in the field.
