Live or Die
Managing your Cash Flow

“Profit is Queen, but Cash is King”… “Cash is the life-blood of your business”…“Live or die managing your cashflow”…you have probably heard these phrases and know that they are true - but what do you do about it?

More than 80 percent of business failures are related to cash flow rather than sales pressures according to Dun & Bradstreet research. How safe is your franchise?

You are invited to share your experiences, and learn from other franchisors and franchisees, to:

  • Identify cash flow problems early;
  • Differentiate between profit and cash flow;
  • Avoid success that leads to ruin; and
  • Implement strategies to help keep your franchise afloat.
