Live or Die
Managing your Cash Flow

“Profit is Queen, but Cash is King”… “Cash is the life-blood of your business”…“Live or die managing your cashflow”…you have probably heard these phrases and know that they are true - but what do you do about it?

More than 80 percent of business failures are related to cash flow rather than sales pressures according to Dun & Bradstreet research. How safe is your franchise?

You are invited to share your experiences, and learn from other franchisors and franchisees, to:

  • Identify cash flow problems early;
  • Differentiate between profit and cash flow;
  • Avoid success that leads to ruin; and
  • Implement strategies to help keep your franchise afloat.

Facilitator James Theologidis of Sothertons Chartered Accountants has nearly 20 years experience in providing business and tax advice to small and medium enterprises, family owned businesses, and franchises in a wide variety of industries.
