Speaker Biographies

Steve Wright – Executive Director, Franchise Council of Australia (FCA)
Steve is a media and communications professional with more than 15 years experience in industry advocacy and stakeholder relations, including investor, media and government relations and regulatory affairs. Prior to joining the FCA, Steve was Director (Communications) with Gavin Anderson & Company, one of the nation’s leading public affairs, corporate and government relations consultancies.

Peter Eynaud - Australian Competition and Consumer Commission (ACCC)
Peter is the Victorian Education and Engagement Manager for the ACCC. His role is to provide education and information on the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 for small business operators and other key audiences. Peter has a background in economics and law working in the government, education, community and small business sectors.

Bianca Keys - Office of the Franchising Mediation Adviser (OFMA)
Bianca is the Assistant Franchising Mediation Adviser under the Franchising Code of Conduct with responsibility for raising awareness of the OFMA in the franchising industry. Bianca supports a national panel of over 70 franchise mediators, is a mediator herself and regularly has articles published on industry dispute resolution.
