Anthony Stahl - Boost Juice Bars and Sals Fresh Mex Grill
Anthony opened his first Boost Juice with his business partner in North Sydney nearly eight years ago. He currently has four sites including two Boost Juice Bars in Chatswood, one in Top Ryde and Salsas Fresh Mex Grill in Chatswood - also part of the Boost Juice stable. Anthony loves working in a fast paced, energetic environment serving low fat juices and smoothies and is a Boost Juice Partner trainer responsible for training incoming franchisees from around the country. Anthony was the NSW FCA Excellence in Franchising Awards winner for Multi-Unit Franchisee of the Year in 2011.
Martino Santi - Australian Competition and Consumer Commission (ACCC)
Marino has been with the ACCC since 2000 as an Information Officer, Product Safety Officer, and Senior Investigator in the Enforcement and Compliance Division. From 2005, Martino has worked as Small Business Outreach, Education and Engagement Manager. In his roles with the ACCC, Martino has gained a vast experience of issues facing businesses and consumers in relation to their rights and obligations under the competition and consumer legislation.
Bianca Keys - Office of the Franchising Mediation Adviser (OFMA)
Bianca is the Assistant Franchising Mediation Adviser under the Franchising Code of Conduct with responsibility for raising awareness of the OFMA in the franchising industry. Bianca supports a national panel of over 70 franchise mediators, is a mediator herself and regularly has articles published on industry dispute resolution.
