Either way, we want to connect with you through the FCA’s new Twitter handle @FranchCouncilAU and from September 15 2014 to October 10 2014we are offering some amazing weekly prizes to our followers including a grand prize of one pass to the FCA’s 2014 National Franchise Convention worth up to $2,430.

This year’s NFC will celebrate the road to success through keynote speakers such as national treasure, Ita Buttrose, celebrated businessman, David Smorgon, and franchise powerhouse, Janine Allis.
The competition is exclusive to FCA Twitter followers, so jump online and follow us now.

How to enter:

  1. Follow @FranchCouncilAU on Twitter.
  2. Complete this competition message and tweet it to your followers: “I want to win a #NFC14 pass because … “
  3. Include the hashtags #Franchising #NFC14 and the @FranchCouncilAU handle in your tweet

Example entry: “I want to win a #NFC14 pass because of the great networking opportunities and speaker line-up #Franchising @FranchCouncilAU”

  • You have 74 characters to impress the judges with your post. Visit the NFC14 website for inspiration.
  • The best entries will be chosen each Friday at 12noon AEST every Friday throughout the competition to win a prize from the FCA’s bookshop and we will announce the grand prize winner from all entries on October 14th 2014.
  • Entries open on 12noon AEST Monday 15th September and close 12noon AEST Friday 10th October 2014.
  • Winners will be contacted via Twitter (@mention and Direct Message).


  • The grand prize is one pass to the FCA’s National Franchising Convention 2014 valued at up to $2,430.00. Held from the 26th-28th of October 2014 at Olympic Park in Sydney. (Please note the prize is one standard registration including Welcome drinks, Monday –Tuesday speaking program and AIDA FCA Networking night. This does not include travel to and from the event, accommodation or additional NFC14 events such as MYOB FCA Excellence in Franchising Awards, Legal Sympoisum and CFE education stream.) The prize winner will be announced on October 14th.
  • Four weekly book prizes from the FCA bookshop will be awarded at 12noon AEDT on Friday 19 Sep, 26 Sep, 3 Oct and 10 Oct 2014.
