SA changes upset Franchise Council

The Franchise Council of Australia says changes in South Australia will only create more disputes.

The Government is to appoint a Small Business Commissioner to mediate disputes.

But Steve Wright from the Franchise Council says that and proposed changes to laws will just create another jurisdiction.
