HydroKleen Australia awards franchisees at annual conference

Air conditioning service company HydroKleen Australia held their annual conference recently, which saw franchisees from across the country gather to share knowledge and accept a range of awards recognising performance.

The conference, held at RACV Royal Pines on the Gold Coast, sees master franchisor HydroKleen Australia hand out awards for categories such as the best use of marketing and the best environmental measures.

HydroKleen Broome was the big winner on the night, picking up awards for highest profit margin, highest turnover, and the coveted HydroKleen Cup, which is awarded for compliance, community, environment, quality, as well as customer referrals and referrals to HydroKleen Australia.

HydroKleen Australia director Sharon Jurd says the conference is an excellent way to foster cohesion amongst the franchisees.

“As the master franchisor, our job is about more than just providing marketing and ongoing support services to our franchisees,” she says.

“We believe it’s of the utmost importance to continually build a culture within our business, and the conference is one of the key ways in which we do this.

“Additionally, the awards allow us to recognise those that are making real progress, or are doing innovative things with their franchise.

“This serves as a great mechanism to encourage all of our franchisees and give them new ideas about how they can improve their own businesses.
“It’s an enjoyable weekend for them, but it really does strengthen our collective bonds and helps us to all work in the same direction.”
