Executive Chairman of the Franchise Council of Australia features on Franchise Business

Written on the 29 June 2016 by Franchise Council of Australia

Bruce Billson appeared on today's Franchise Industry Bulletin to talk about how engaging with mainstream media can take the FCA to higher grounds and bring positive momentum to the sector.

With a background in politics as the former Minister of Small Business, Bruce knows how to engage with the franchise community and ask the hard questions- from members and non-members alike- a key step in expanding the organisation's positive outreach and boosting FCA's profile.

Bruce also touches on 7-Eleven and how the FCA is managing the potential impacts that may affect the broader franchise community.

Bruce stresses the importance of building strong, supporting relationships between franchisee and franchisor, and how this may prevent similar situations from arising, as well as demonstrating the importance of having a FCA membership and abiding by the FCA member standards along with the education programs can assist members.
