As a national committee of the FCA, Women In Franchising has a vision to support, promote, and celebrate the success of women, both within the franchise sector as well as the broader Australian business community. The Women In Franchising Committee has a vision to provide genuine opportunities and initiatives for contribution, networking and professional development for the franchise sector and beyond.
✔ Promote the success of women in franchising, both within the franchise sector and the broader Australian business community;
✔ Celebrate award winning franchise organisations, and share the success stories of those organisations and individuals wthin;
✔ Create initiatives for the FCA and the franchising community;
✔ Focus on and influence FCA policy on key issues relating to women in franchising;
✔ Provide genuine opportunities for contribution, networking, and professional development;
✔ Increase the involvement of women at FCA events, at both a national and state level.
As the WIF Committee is a special interest group, there is not a formal nomination process.
